The enquiry that arrives at 11pm
A listing posted at dinner draws its questions after midnight. Every one of them gets the same answer a midday enquiry would, from the sheet you already keep.

Tap one. These are the questions this trade gets every week, answered from your own class list, prices and hours.

When a buyer names a budget, Bee reads across your whole active list. It offers the two other units that fit, so the conversation does not end at one listing.
It offers only the slots you left open, books the one they pick, and stops offering it to the next person.
It has no live connection to PropertyGuru, 99.co or EdgeProp. It reports the availability you last entered, which means a stale answer is a prompt to update the sheet, never a guess it made.

Marcus YipFounder, ExcuseBeeMore about me
Some of my friends are property agents. I watched them lose enquiries the same way, over and over. A buyer messages at eleven at night, about a listing they just found. Nobody is awake. By morning they have booked a viewing with someone else.
I was the CTO of Singapore's top real estate media and tech agency. That is why Bee only answers from what you gave it, and never starts a conversation on its own. I was not willing to ship something that speaks to your customer in ways you did not approve.
You pay us
S$199/month
Bee answers your WhatsApp, day and night, and books the viewing. Everything in the Pro content plan is included, so you never have to choose between the assistant and the posts that bring the enquiries in.
Meta bills you
Their rate, your card
WhatsApp message charges go straight from Meta to you, on your own account. We do not buy them and resell them to you, and we cannot mark them up, because the account is yours.
Most of Bee's replies cost nothing: Meta does not charge for messages sent inside the 24-hour window a customer opens by messaging you. Only the ones Bee sends after that window closes are billed, at about two cents each in Singapore. Rates checked 2026-09-02.

The cheap plans are cheap because they are an inbox. The thing that answers your customer at 9.47pm sits one or two tiers up, and it is usually charged again on top.
| What you are comparing | ExcuseBee | A cheaper inbox plan | The tier that adds an agent |

| Every month | S$199 | S$159 | S$429 plus US$99 |

The capability rows come from Wati's own help centre, retrieved 2026-09-01. Wati's Astra agent trains on website links, documents and question and answer pairs, crawls subpages when you ask it to, and is re-trained after you edit the content. Connecting it needs a Wati Pro or Business plan, and it syncs up to 60 days of conversations already held inside Wati. Wati's Google Sheets integration is a chatbot feature on Pro and Business, not a published source the agent reads. On the 24 hour window, Wati publishes the rule, that a message sent outside it without a template is not delivered, but not that its agent sends one to keep the conversation going. Where Wati does not publish, this table says Not published rather than guessing.

These eight are live today, not on a roadmap. Here is what each one does for your property business.
Send Bee a WhatsApp chat export. It reads your old conversations and picks up your phrasing and your usual answers.
Paste your web address during setup. Bee goes through the pages to learn what your property business really does and sells.
Connect a sheet of prices, classes or stock. Bee reads it fresh on every answer, so an edit in the sheet is live straight away.
Connect your calendar. Bee offers only the slots you left open, then books the one the customer picks.
Bee writes the reply and waits for you to approve it or change it before anything sends. Off by default, on when you want it.
Bee reads each message. If it is plainly personal, a friend making plans or a family matter, Bee stays quiet and leaves it for you. If it is not sure, it answers, because silence looks like a broken number.
WhatsApp shuts the free reply window a day after a customer writes. Bee carries on with a message template Meta has approved, so a late reply still lands.
A hard ceiling of 500 replies a day and 20 turns in one chat. It can never run away with your account.
The WhatsApp Assistant plan is S$199 a month, and it includes everything in the Pro content plan, so an agent never has to choose between the assistant and the content that brings the enquiries in. Meta charges for the messages themselves, billed to you by Meta on your own account, and ExcuseBee does not mark those charges up.
It runs on your WhatsApp Business account on Meta's official Business Platform, not on a line ExcuseBee owns. How your current number fits into that is part of what we set up together, so ask us about your specific situation rather than assuming either answer.
It tells them the status you last entered. It has no live link to PropertyGuru, 99.co or EdgeProp, so it cannot see on its own that a unit sold or a landlord pulled out. If a deal closes and you do not update the sheet, Bee keeps saying the old status. Update it the same day and the answers stay true.
No. It will quote the asking price exactly as you gave it and it is built to hand off anything resembling a counter-offer, a lower figure, or negotiation to you directly. Offers and final terms are never a bot's decision on any ExcuseBee account.
No, and it does not create or post advertisements. That is a separate part of ExcuseBee, and this page is only about the WhatsApp assistant. CEA's advertising guidelines require your name, your CEA registration number, your agency's name and licence number, and your CEA-registered contact number on every property advertisement (PG 2/2011, checked 2026-09-02). That rule covers the ads you run, not a WhatsApp reply.
No. Bee answers enquiries and books viewings. It does not make video. PostAI, a separate Singapore-built tool, turns a PropertyGuru, 99.co or EdgeProp listing link into a video, priced at S$99 a month for 60 credits (checked August 2026). If a listing video is the job, that is a different tool.
It runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, the same certified rails. ExcuseBee is an approved Meta Tech Provider. It does not carry Meta's business verification badge, which you apply for yourself. And it cannot send broadcasts to a contact list: it only replies when someone messages first. An agency that needs verified outbound blasts needs a different tool.
