ExcuseBee is an approved Meta Tech Provider
Meta approved ExcuseBee as a Tech Provider. That approval is what lets us build directly on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and it is what the Assistant runs on. Today that connection is something we set up with you rather than something you switch on yourself, and we are building one-step connection into the app.

Per-customer WhatsApp conversations in the app
Each customer conversation the Assistant handles now has its own thread view in the app, so you can read any exchange in full and step in on a specific chat rather than scanning one combined stream.

No more waitlist. The Assistant answers only from your business information, replies 24/7, books appointments into your real calendar, and hands over to you when it does not know. It runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform, and we set that connection up with you rather than leaving you to wire it yourself.

Your photos now reliably appear in generated carousels
Slides planned around an uploaded photo are now rendered by a reference-capable image model, and a slide only records photo provenance when the render truly used your photo. When a photo cannot be used, the slide falls back to a clean AI render instead of failing, and the record says so honestly.

Upload photos straight into a post
Carousels can now pull from a unified photo source: your media library, brand assets, or one-off uploads attached to a single post. Photos are assigned per slide in the brief preview before anything renders.

The blog is being built out
We are writing a library across help-centre troubleshooting, comparisons, research, templates and product docs. It is drafting now, not published yet. Every number in it is sourced and dated, and competitor prices carry the day we checked them.
