The evening the keys are collected
Five firms get the same message within an hour. The shortlist goes to whoever answered with a real number. Every one of those questions gets the same answer it would on a Tuesday afternoon.

Tap one. These are the questions this trade gets every week, answered from your own class list, prices and hours.

Bee reads what each package covers straight from your own sheet. The homeowner hears what is in and what is not, instead of waiting two days for a callback.
Bee offers only the site-visit slots you left open. It books the one they pick, then stops offering that slot to the next couple.
The one thing every homeowner asks over WhatsApp is a firm price for their specific unit, and it is exactly the thing a designer has to see the flat to give. It says so plainly and books the visit instead of guessing.

Marcus YipFounder, ExcuseBeeMore about me
Some of my friends run interior design studios. I watched them lose enquiries the same way, over and over. A couple collect their keys on a Friday evening and message five firms that night. Nobody is awake. By Monday the couple have shortlisted the three firms that answered.
I was the CTO of Singapore's top real estate media and tech agency. That is why Bee only answers from what you gave it, and never starts a conversation on its own. I was not willing to ship something that speaks to your customer in ways you did not approve.
You pay us
S$199/month
Bee answers your WhatsApp, day and night, and books the appointment. Everything in the Pro content plan is included, so you never have to choose between the assistant and the posts that bring the enquiries in.
Meta bills you
Their rate, your card
WhatsApp message charges go straight from Meta to you, on your own account. We do not buy them and resell them to you, and we cannot mark them up, because the account is yours.
Most of Bee's replies cost nothing: Meta does not charge for messages sent inside the 24-hour window a customer opens by messaging you. Only the ones Bee sends after that window closes are billed, at about two cents each in Singapore. Rates checked 2026-09-02.

The cheap plans are cheap because they are an inbox. The thing that answers your customer at 9.47pm sits one or two tiers up, and it is usually charged again on top.
| What you are comparing | ExcuseBee | A cheaper inbox plan | The tier that adds an agent |

| Every month | S$199 | S$159 | S$429 plus US$99 |

The capability rows come from Wati's own help centre, retrieved 2026-09-01. Wati's Astra agent trains on website links, documents and question and answer pairs, crawls subpages when you ask it to, and is re-trained after you edit the content. Connecting it needs a Wati Pro or Business plan, and it syncs up to 60 days of conversations already held inside Wati. Wati's Google Sheets integration is a chatbot feature on Pro and Business, not a published source the agent reads. On the 24 hour window, Wati publishes the rule, that a message sent outside it without a template is not delivered, but not that its agent sends one to keep the conversation going. Where Wati does not publish, this table says Not published rather than guessing.

These eight are live today, not on a roadmap. Here is what each one does for your studio.
Send Bee a WhatsApp chat export. It reads your old conversations and picks up your phrasing and your usual answers.
Paste your web address during setup. Bee goes through the pages to learn what your studio really does and sells.
Connect a sheet of prices, classes or stock. Bee reads it fresh on every answer, so an edit in the sheet is live straight away.
Connect your calendar. Bee offers only the slots you left open, then books the one the customer picks.
Bee writes the reply and waits for you to approve it or change it before anything sends. Off by default, on when you want it.
Bee reads each message. If it is plainly personal, a friend making plans or a family matter, Bee stays quiet and leaves it for you. If it is not sure, it answers, because silence looks like a broken number.
WhatsApp shuts the free reply window a day after a customer writes. Bee carries on with a message template Meta has approved, so a late reply still lands.
A hard ceiling of 500 replies a day and 20 turns in one chat. It can never run away with your account.
No, and it should not. ExcuseBee's WhatsApp Assistant will tell a homeowner what a published package starts at and what that package covers, because both are facts on the firm's own sheet. A price for a specific home depends on the unit's condition and how much carpentry is wanted, so the assistant books a site visit and lets a designer quote.
Only if the firm has told it so. Registration status is a fact about the business, and the assistant states it from the firm's own information rather than asserting it independently. It is the second question most homeowners ask, so it is worth putting in writing where the assistant can read it.
It runs on the firm's own WhatsApp Business account on Meta's official Business Platform, not on a line ExcuseBee owns. How your current number fits into that is part of what we set up together, so ask us about your specific situation rather than assuming either answer.
The assistant escalates it. Discounts, free upgrades and variation orders are not something it grants on its own. It tells the homeowner that a designer will confirm, and that conversation is waiting for the firm in the app.
The WhatsApp Assistant plan is S$199 a month, and it includes everything in the Pro content plan. Meta charges for the messages themselves, billed to the firm by Meta on the firm's own account, and ExcuseBee does not mark those charges up.
Often, but not always. The Assistant is multilingual and replies in the language a homeowner actually writes in, including Mandarin and Singlish, which matters when an older parent joins the chat partway through a renovation decision.
