The enquiry that lands mid-class
Someone messages at 6:04pm while your 6pm class is running. The question gets the same answer it would at a quiet counter, from the schedule you already keep.

Tap one. These are the questions this trade gets every week, answered from your own class list, prices and hours.

It reads the class, the rate and the spots left from your own schedule. The person hears a real number, instead of waiting for your class to end.
It offers only the spots your schedule shows open. It books the one they pick, tells them what to bring, then stops offering that bike to the next person.
It will say what a class costs and whether a spot is free. Whether a knee or a pregnancy makes that class safe, and any exception to your policies, comes to you every time.

Marcus YipFounder, ExcuseBeeMore about me
Some of my friends run fitness studios. Some of them coach in one. I watched them lose the same message, over and over. Someone keen to try a class writes in after work. Everyone is on the floor coaching. By the time the phone is picked up, that would-be member has booked somewhere else.
I was the CTO of Singapore's top real estate media and tech agency. That is why Bee only answers from what you gave it, and never starts a conversation on its own. I was not willing to ship something that speaks to your customer in ways you did not approve.
You pay us
S$199/month
Bee answers your WhatsApp, day and night, and books the class. Everything in the Pro content plan is included, so you never have to choose between the assistant and the posts that bring the enquiries in.
Meta bills you
Their rate, your card
WhatsApp message charges go straight from Meta to you, on your own account. We do not buy them and resell them to you, and we cannot mark them up, because the account is yours.
Most of Bee's replies cost nothing: Meta does not charge for messages sent inside the 24-hour window a customer opens by messaging you. Only the ones Bee sends after that window closes are billed, at about two cents each in Singapore. Rates checked 2026-09-02.

The cheap plans are cheap because they are an inbox. The thing that answers your customer at 9.47pm sits one or two tiers up, and it is usually charged again on top.
| What you are comparing | ExcuseBee | A cheaper inbox plan | The tier that adds an agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every month | S$199 | S$159 | S$429 plus US$99 |
| An AI agent that answers from your own prices and hours | Included | No | Add-on, priced separately |

| Reads your website during setup | Yes, a multi-page crawl | No agent on this plan | Yes, re-train after edits |
| Reads your Google Sheet fresh on every answer | Yes, edits are live at once | Pro or Business only | Not published |

The capability rows come from Wati's own help centre, retrieved 2026-09-01. Wati's Astra agent trains on website links, documents and question and answer pairs, crawls subpages when you ask it to, and is re-trained after you edit the content. Connecting it needs a Wati Pro or Business plan, and it syncs up to 60 days of conversations already held inside Wati. Wati's Google Sheets integration is a chatbot feature on Pro and Business, not a published source the agent reads. On the 24 hour window, Wati publishes the rule, that a message sent outside it without a template is not delivered, but not that its agent sends one to keep the conversation going. Where Wati does not publish, this table says Not published rather than guessing.

These eight are live today, not on a roadmap. Here is what each one does for your studio.
Send Bee a WhatsApp chat export. It reads your old conversations and picks up your phrasing and your usual answers.
Paste your web address during setup. Bee goes through the pages to learn what your studio really does and sells.
Connect a sheet of prices, classes or stock. Bee reads it fresh on every answer, so an edit in the sheet is live straight away.
Connect your calendar. Bee offers only the slots you left open, then books the one the customer picks.
Bee writes the reply and waits for you to approve it or change it before anything sends. Off by default, on when you want it.
Bee reads each message. If it is plainly personal, a friend making plans or a family matter, Bee stays quiet and leaves it for you. If it is not sure, it answers, because silence looks like a broken number.
WhatsApp shuts the free reply window a day after a customer writes. Bee carries on with a message template Meta has approved, so a late reply still lands.
A hard ceiling of 500 replies a day and 20 turns in one chat. It can never run away with your account.
Yes. ExcuseBee's WhatsApp Assistant books a class into the studio's real calendar once it knows which class, whether this is a first visit, and anything an instructor should be told. It answers from the studio's own schedule and rates, and if the class is full it says so instead of inventing a spot.
No. Whether a knee, a recent surgery or a pregnancy makes a class safe is exactly the kind of call ExcuseBee's Assistant hands to a person. It can say what a class involves and whether a spot is free, but the safety judgement goes to your instructor, and the member is told that plainly rather than given a guess.
It runs on the studio's own WhatsApp Business account on Meta's official Business Platform, not on a line ExcuseBee owns. How your current number fits into that is part of what we set up together, so ask us about your specific situation rather than assuming either answer.
The assistant states your written freeze or cancellation policy if you have given it one. A request outside that policy, or a member pressing for an exception, is never granted or refused on its own. The member is told someone from the studio will confirm, and that conversation is waiting for you in the app.
The WhatsApp Assistant plan is S$199 a month, and it includes everything in the Pro content plan, so a studio never has to choose between the assistant and the content that generates the enquiries. Meta charges for the messages themselves, billed to the studio by Meta on the studio's own account, and ExcuseBee does not mark those charges up.
No. It replies when a member messages first. It does not start conversations or send broadcasts, so a class cancellation is still a message you send yourselves. What it will do is answer every member who then writes in asking what happened, from whatever you have told it, at whatever hour they ask.
