Patients message before your shutters are up, asking who can see them today. Each one hears your hours, which doctor is in, and what is open, from the roster and slots you already keep.

A patient who cannot make tomorrow's 9am messages at 10pm. Bee moves the appointment to a slot you left open and confirms it in the same chat, so the morning queue is not stuck behind the phone.
Whether you accept CHAS or a company panel is a yes or no from your own list. What a scheme pays for a particular visit stays with your counter staff, and the patient is told exactly that.
Bee never answers a question about symptoms, results or medication. It books the time, says what to bring, and hands the medical question to your staff, with the patient told the clinic will follow up. That line is the whole point.

Marcus YipFounder, ExcuseBeeMore about me
Some of my friends manage clinics. One of them runs the front desk at a GP practice. I watched the same loss repeat on her phone. A patient messages at night. Nobody is awake to answer. By the time the desk opens, that patient has booked with whichever clinic replied first.
I was the CTO of Singapore's top real estate media and tech agency. That is why Bee only answers from what you gave it, and never starts a conversation on its own. I was not willing to ship something that speaks to your customer in ways you did not approve.

S$199/month
Bee answers your WhatsApp, day and night, and books the appointment. Everything in the Pro content plan is included, so you never have to choose between the assistant and the posts that bring the enquiries in.
Meta bills you
Their rate, your card
WhatsApp message charges go straight from Meta to you, on your own account. We do not buy them and resell them to you, and we cannot mark them up, because the account is yours.
Most of Bee's replies cost nothing: Meta does not charge for messages sent inside the 24-hour window a customer opens by messaging you. Only the ones Bee sends after that window closes are billed, at about two cents each in Singapore. Rates checked 2026-09-02.

The cheap plans are cheap because they are an inbox. The thing that answers your customer at 9.47pm sits one or two tiers up, and it is usually charged again on top.

The capability rows come from Wati's own help centre, retrieved 2026-09-01. Wati's Astra agent trains on website links, documents and question and answer pairs, crawls subpages when you ask it to, and is re-trained after you edit the content. Connecting it needs a Wati Pro or Business plan, and it syncs up to 60 days of conversations already held inside Wati. Wati's Google Sheets integration is a chatbot feature on Pro and Business, not a published source the agent reads. On the 24 hour window, Wati publishes the rule, that a message sent outside it without a template is not delivered, but not that its agent sends one to keep the conversation going. Where Wati does not publish, this table says Not published rather than guessing.

These eight are live today, not on a roadmap. Here is what each one does for your clinic.
Send Bee a WhatsApp chat export. It reads your old conversations and picks up your phrasing and your usual answers.
Paste your web address during setup. Bee goes through the pages to learn what your clinic really does and sells.
Connect a sheet of prices, classes or stock. Bee reads it fresh on every answer, so an edit in the sheet is live straight away.
Connect your calendar. Bee offers only the slots you left open, then books the one the customer picks.
Bee writes the reply and waits for you to approve it or change it before anything sends. Off by default, on when you want it.
Bee reads each message. If it is plainly personal, a friend making plans or a family matter, Bee stays quiet and leaves it for you. If it is not sure, it answers, because silence looks like a broken number.
WhatsApp shuts the free reply window a day after a customer writes. Bee carries on with a message template Meta has approved, so a late reply still lands.
A hard ceiling of 500 replies a day and 20 turns in one chat. It can never run away with your account.
Yes. ExcuseBee's WhatsApp Assistant books appointments into the clinic's real calendar once it has who the visit is for and a workable day and time. It also moves an existing appointment when a patient asks, using only the slots the clinic left open. If nothing is open at the requested time it says so instead of inventing a slot.
No, and that is the design, not a gap. Bee does not say whether a symptom needs a doctor today, what a result means, or anything about medication or treatment. A message like that is handed to your clinic staff, and the patient is told the clinic will follow up. The assistant handles the booking. Medicine stays with the people licensed to practise it.
It runs on the clinic's own WhatsApp Business account on Meta's official Business Platform, not on a line ExcuseBee owns. How your current number fits into that is part of what we set up together, so ask us about your specific situation rather than assuming either answer.
Yes, as a fact from your own list: whether your clinic accepts CHAS or a company panel is a yes or no question. What it never does is quote what a scheme will pay for a visit. Claimable amounts depend on the patient and the visit, so that answer always comes from your counter staff, and the patient is told so in the same reply.
The WhatsApp Assistant plan is S$199 a month, and it includes everything in the Pro content plan. Meta charges for the messages themselves, billed to the clinic by Meta on the clinic's own account, and ExcuseBee does not mark those charges up.
Yes. The Assistant is multilingual and replies in the language a patient actually messages in. That matters for clinics, where a patient may write in Mandarin or Malay, and an adult child may message in English on behalf of a parent, all in the same morning.
